Make that lipstick lover

This make up obsession is pretty recent. Most of it is due to my constantly poring over some amazing make up blogs. Right now, its lipsticks. I adore them. My brother on the other hand thinks that I pay way too much for a tube of coloured wax. I choose to ignore that.

I present to you, the beauties:

This the first lipstick I bought. It is from the Elle 18 colour bombs range. Pretty affordab
le at 100 bucks. I love the colour, which is called Pomegranate Pie. It is a dark pink which gives my lips a tint when applied sparsely, However, its staying power isn't great. But for the colou

r and the price, it's a good buy. Their range is pretty impressive. I was considering a glimmery brown shade, but went for this one in the end.

Yes, that is quite the red. It is called 'Red Flame' and is from the Revlon Street Wear Line. I'd been wanting to try a bright red for quite sometime. The fact that there was no one to discourage me, led to this purchase. After the purchase, the imminent question of its usage hit me. The fact that this lipstick is pretty much matte, made my life easier. A co
uple of swipes and I'm set! This is a great for a night out. Obviously, I make sure this is the focus. Its staying power is great. Its resistance to a very delicious Italian dinner (At Dario's, KP. Good times) proved it. Obviously this is testament to its name, 'Color Rich.'At about a 150 bucks, a good buy.

This is from the Maybelline Colour Sensational Range and is called 'My Mahogany'. and I LOVE IT. It goes with anything. Perfect with a smoky eye. It's great on its own too! For 300 bucks, yeah why not?

An at last, the most expensive lipstick (Pops paid :) ), Plum Brulee from L'Oreal Colour Riche. The colour is indeed Riche. An evening lipstick. I wanted a rich, sophisticated colour and I got it. It is a wine coloured lipstick with a glamorous packaging. It doesn't need too many swipes for the colour to appear
